Baking it off...

Since I have declared my destiny as a baker, my family has taken it upon themselves to exploit this decision to the max. For every occasion theres no need to run to the store when you have Baker Beth in the kitchen. This can be a blessing or a curse. I love to bake and smile at every opportunity I get to do so...but there are days that I am more inclined to sit back and veg out rather than search through my mothers disorganized kitchen for the long lost baking soda. I think everyone can relate, but I have found a solution to this problem and it lies within a  record player. When frustration gets the best of me, instead of taking it out on the food, I pop on a Beatles record and simply..."Let it Be".
